The Serenguete Method · 4 weeks
A 4-week fascia and nervous system program. Follow one video, 5 days a week, on your phone. No gym, no experience, no long stretching holds.
Reserve your spot for $39Founding price for the first 50, or until Sunday 29 November, whichever comes first. Opens 23 November. 30-day money-back.
Why it works
Fascia is one web, head to toe. Hold the same shapes for hours and its layers glide less. Your nervous system then guards the range you don't use, and you feel it as tight.
Stretching alone holds a muscle long. The web needs what it was built for: bounce, twist and flow, done often and calmly. When your nervous system feels safe, it lets go. That's what you train here.
New here? Take the free Spring Test first: 5 days, 10 minutes each.
The 4 weeks
Slow waves, rocking and joint circles wake the feet, hips, spine and shoulders.
Looser than Monday.
Twists, spiral lunges and reaches across the body. The spine becomes the engine.
I stand taller without trying.
Loaded range, small bounces and balance. Strength that stays elastic.
Springy, strong, not tight.
Everything in one flowing sequence that ends in calm.
A 12-minute routine I keep for life.
Every session, same 3 parts
Each week: 5 sessions, 1 outdoor walk day, 1 rest day. A new week unlocks every 7 days, so nobody rushes ahead.
What you get
One 12-minute session a week to follow 5 days in a row. A new week opens every 7 days.
Every move on its own in 2 minutes, 3 short resets (wake up, unknot your neck, downshift before sleep), and all 4 sessions to replay. Filter by time, by where you're stiff, or by calm or spring.
Once a week, rate the 4 Spring Test checks. Your scores draw your line, week by week.
Stream everything on phone or laptop for 12 months, with a welcome and a 2-minute "how to use this" video. Once you finish Week 4, download the 4 full sessions and keep them for good. 30-day money-back, no questions asked.
Your coach
For years I trained heavy. It looked strong. It felt tight. So I changed the goal: spirals, elastic loading, nervous system first. This program is the short daily practice that came out of it.

Yes. Flexibility isn't the entry ticket, it's what you train. Every move has an easier way in, and you test your own progress.
12 minutes, 5 days a week. One video to follow, the same 3 parts every time.
The program opens on 23 November. Founding buyers get access that day, with Week 1 unlocked.

Do the next one. Weeks unlock every 7 days, and every unlocked session stays open, so you can repeat or catch up.
Yoga and pilates mostly hold and lengthen. This trains what stretching doesn't: the bounce and recoil of your tissue, and the spirals your body uses to walk and turn. Many people do both; this one is 12 minutes.
Usually, yes. Everything starts slow and small, and every move has an easier version. Stiffness is what we train; pain is your signal to back off. If you have an injury or a diagnosed condition, check with your doctor first.
Check with your doctor before starting. This is a fitness and movement program, not medical care. Stop any movement that causes pain.
